The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on this tenth of July, this year. The meeting was led by HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in participation.

Following call to order, the record from the previous meeting were examined and accepted with a few amendments.

  • Treasurer Miller, gave a concise financial overview outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
  • Several homeowners raised issues regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed tennis court construction and parking improvement projects.
  • The board addressed the homeowner's queries, providing information about the initiatives.

Following the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, 2023.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Board of Directors is at this time reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to enhance the quality of life for all residents while resolving ongoing concerns and promoting a thriving community.

  • Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to landscaping, quiet hours, and automobile limits.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments carefully and provide their suggestions by the deadline.
  • A public forum will be arranged on July 20th to discuss the proposed amendments in more depth.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program

Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning here up public areas, and encouraging a sense of belonging.

We're actively working on various projects, including the revitalization of our community garden. We invite you to participate in making Sherwood Lakes a truly wonderful place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the HOA Office.

A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!

Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our thriving community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. By actively participating, residents can help deter crime, keep an eye on one another's belongings, and foster a stronger sense of community. Meetings will be held consistently to discuss.
